At GlamorousHangups we hope that you are happy with your order but do understand that there are instances where you will need to return something to us. 

We have a 28 day returns policy and to make the experience as easy as possible we have tried to answer all your questions below.  If there is any question you cannot find the answer to then please email us at customerhelp@glamoroushangups.com. Our customer service team will answer Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:00pm (excluding Public Holidays).

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer hassle-free returns within 28 days of delivery.

If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  You still have 28 days from date of delivery to return the item after notification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

The goods must be in the original packaging and undamaged to be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item. Unless arranged otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

UK Mainland Customers

You can arrange your return yourself and notify us via email or through our RETURNS CENTRE

This is a Collect+ service. Standard return costs are £5.95. This cost will not be charged up front but be deducted from your refund.

International Customers (including NI, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Isles)

Returns are to be taken to your local Collect+ location.

Please use our RETURNS CENTRE to begin the returns process and you will be emailed the instructions for returning your order.

You must notify us within 14 days of your intention to return. You then have 14 days further to return the item.

If we receive your order after the 28 day return period is over we will not accept the return or offer you a credit note.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that monogrammed, personalised, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically apply the refund within 2-4 business days if your refund is approved. You will receive an email to confirm the refund. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your bank or payment provider will then take a few business days to process. Please follow up with them once you receive your notice of refund from GlamorousHangups. 

If your refund is not approved, we will email you to notify of the rejection within 2-4 business days of receipt of goods

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your card issuer. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to the bank.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

An order cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation window. Once the item has shipped then there will be no refund issued until a return has been received by us in accordance with the returns policy. If you still wish to return the items after receiving them then you are covered by the 28 day returns policy.

We use reputable couriers such as USPS, FedEX, DHL, DPD, EVRI or Epacket. 

In rare cases, there might be a delay from a shipping carrier. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay. Refunds will not be issued for delays unless a parcel is confirmed by the carrier as lost.

**CHRISTMAS SHIPPING**

Due to high volume over BFCM & Christmas, deliveries may be longer than normal. We will not guarantee on time delivery on orders placed after 27th November for Christmas day.  Whilst we make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries which may occur. Delivery windows vary from product to product so please take note of the estimated delivery window on the product page or order confirmation so that you are aware at time of purchase of the time it will take for delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You have a 24 hour cancellation window within which to change your mind and cancel your order. Once the window is closed then your order is processed and the cancellation period is finished.

If you change your mind after this period, then you will need to wait to receive your items and then arrange to return the goods upon receipt. See the Returns procedure for more detail.

You have 24 hours to make any changes to your order. Please email us with your order number, name and your request and we will process the change and confirm by reply.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please accept our sincere apologies. It is very disappointing for everyone but sadly this does sometimes happen.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged, incomplete or faulty delivery. Remember to include your name, order number, photos of the damaged item and your refund/replacement request in your email.

We will then arrange your desired outcome with you and confirm the next steps.

If you wish to use our RETURNS CENTRE please choose the damaged item option and include photos and a description. We will then notify you of the next steps to return the item for replacement or refund at no cost.

Please do not return damaged items outside of your email communication with our customer care as we are unable to refund any return costs that are not pre-arranged.
