How do I return?
If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You still have 28 days from receipt of goods to return the item after notification.
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and labels once the return request is approved
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- The cost for return is £5.95
- The shipping charge will be deducted from your refund
- For Damaged or Faulty Items please initiate your return by emailing customerhelp@glamoroushangups with photos and description within 2 days of receipt and we will be in touch with next steps.
What items are eligible for return?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, undamaged packaging
- Please note that monogrammed, personalised, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
