Because Glamorous Hangups merchandise is warehoused worldwide to give competitive prices, we will ship to you from the country closest to you. This means our shipping time vary for each item. All delivery windows are calculated in business days.

Please check the Shipping & Delivery section of your product page for the delivery time for your item. Shipping times will also appear at checkout and on your order confirmation email.

Processing time is usually 2-5 business days on standard items.

PLEASE NOTE: 02/02/2024-16/02/2024 our shipping times are extended. Due to warehouse local holidays, orders will be delayed in being fulfilled which extends delivery times. Please check your product page for your delivery times over this period. Delivery windows will also be noted at the checkout before you pay. Please do not worry about the longer window as your orders are being monitored by our UK team and we will have your order fulfilled as soon as possible. Business as usual will resume mid Feb.

When Shipping from our UK Warehouse:

Our Standard Delivery via DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or EVRI typically takes between 3 to 5 working days. Please check the product page for exact delivery windows.

When Shipping from Overseas :

Our standard delivery varies from 7-15 working days. Last mile carriers are Royal Mail or Evri. International Couriers are Parcelforce, FEDEX, 4PX.

CUSTOM AND OVERSIZE ITEMS:

For custom or large items these times may vary so please refer to the product page of the item you have purchased for exact shipping times. This includes our large/xl stag heads which take approx 10-25 business days to the UK.

In rare cases, or where specifically outlined for larger items, it can take up to 45 business days for items to arrive.

If you wait longer than 45 days and your parcel has not arrived, please send us an email at customerhelp@glamoroushangups.com and we will assist with finding out the status of your parcel.

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.00 in UK Mainland. Orders under £100 will be charged £3.99 for Standard Delivery for UK Mainland.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING  (INC. UK ISLES & HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, ISLE OF MANN, SCOTTISH ISLANDS and ISLE OF SCILLY)

We offer Standard Delivery of £5.99 on all orders under 2kgs. For all Heavy Delivery orders over 2kgs the shipping is £9.99

Because Glamorous Hangups merchandise is warehoused worldwide to give competitive prices, we will ship to you from the country closest to you. This can often mean that orders with multiple items will be sent in separate parcels as they will be dispatched from different locations. We may also split your delivery into multiple parcels to keep within size & weight restrictions and therefore protect your items and increase the speed of delivery to you.

If you have multiple deliveries you will receive separate tracking information and numbers for each parcel so that you can follow your goods from dispatch to delivery.

In rare cases, there might be a delay from a shipping carrier. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay. We will honour any lost or missing item with a refund or replacement once it is confirmed missing by the courier. However, we do not refund for courier delays.

**CHRISTMAS SHIPPING**

Due to high volume over BFCM & Christmas, deliveries may be longer than normal. We will not guarantee on time delivery on orders placed after 27th November for Christmas day.  Whilst we make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries which may occur. Delivery windows vary from product to product so please take note of the estimated delivery window on the product page or order confirmation so that you are aware at time of purchase of the time it will take for delivery.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Glamorous Hangups. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office or delivery service so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges upon delivery. If a customs charge is applied you will receive a letter from the last mile courier advising of the charges and how to pay.
