These Terms of Service apply when you browse or buy from glamoroushangups.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Glamorous Hangups is an online home and lifestyle store offering physical homewares and original downloadable artwork.

2. Products and availability

We take care to present product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Colours can appear differently depending on screens, lighting and photography.

Physical products may occasionally vary slightly from their photographs, particularly where they are handmade or naturally finished.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We use secure third-party payment providers to process payments; we do not store your full card details.

We may correct an obvious pricing or product-description error. If this affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

4. Physical products: delivery

Delivery times, charges and destinations are shown at checkout and in our Delivery Policy.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or extra charges caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Risk in physical goods passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

5. Digital products and instant downloads

Our printable wall art and other downloadable products are digital files only. No physical item will be shipped.

Files are made available for download after purchase. Please ensure that the email address used at checkout is correct and check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find your download email.

If you experience a genuine download problem or receive an incorrect file, please contact customerhelp@glamoroushangups.com, and we will help resolve it.

6. Licence for downloadable artwork

When you purchase downloadable artwork from Glamorous Hangups, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may print the artwork for your own home, gift a printed copy to family or friends, or display it on your own personal digital device where applicable.

You may not:

• resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital files or printed artwork;

• upload the files to marketplaces, print-on-demand services, social-media libraries, stock libraries or file-sharing services;

• use the artwork for commercial, business, editorial or promotional purposes;

• claim the artwork as your own or remove copyright information; or

• create derivative products, templates or designs for sale from the artwork.

All intellectual-property rights in our artwork remain with Glamorous Hangups and/or its licensors.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds apply to physical products.

Digital products are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or access has been provided, except where required by law. By purchasing an instant-download product, you request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect physical products

If a physical product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at customerhelp@glamoroushangups.com. Including your order number and clear photographs will help us resolve the issue quickly.

9. Website use

The content, imagery, branding, artwork, copy and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Glamorous Hangups. You may not reproduce, copy, adapt or use them without our written permission, except for the limited personal-use licence granted with a purchased digital product.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.

10. Liability

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from your misuse of a product or digital file.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law allows you to bring a claim in your local courts.
