charged £3.99 for Standard Delivery in UK Mainland.

When Shipping from our Overseas
Warehouse:
Our standard delivery varies from 10-18 working days. Last mile courier is Royal Mail.
International Couriers are Parcelforce, FEDEX, 4PX.
For custom or large items this may
vary so please refer to the product page of the item you have purchased for
exact shipping times. In rare cases, or where specifically outlined for
larger items, it can take up to 45 days for items to arrive.

Why are my parcels
arriving separately?
Because Glamorous Hangups
merchandise is warehoused worldwide to give competitive prices, we will ship to
you from the country closest to you. This can often mean that orders with
multiple items will be sent in separate parcels as they will be dispatched from
different locations. We may also split your delivery into multiple parcels to
keep within size & weight restrictions and therefore protect your items and
increase the speed of delivery to you.
If you have multiple deliveries you
will receive separate tracking information and numbers for each parcel so that
you can follow your goods from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Delays
In rare cases, there might be a
delay from a shipping carrier. In those instances, we do not take
responsibility for the delay. We will honour any lost or missing item with a
refund or replacement once it is confirmed missing by the courier. However, we do
not refund for courier delays.
With the current global
shipping situation & local strike action, we are experiencing delays from
international and domestic shipping carriers. Please be aware that local and
global shipping is still very unstable and suffering from delays.
