Glamorous Hangups ships world wide with the below exceptions. 

We DO NOT ship to: Russia, North Korea, Sudan, Iran, Syria and Cuba

 

Because Glamorous Hangups merchandise is warehoused worldwide to give competitive prices, we will ship to you from the country closest to you. This can often mean that orders with multiple items will be sent in separate parcels as they will be dispatched from different locations.

We use reputable couriers such as USPS, FedEX, DHL, DPD, PARCELFORCE, ROYAL MAIL, AUSTRALIA POST, 4PX, EVRI or Epacket. 

• In rare cases, there might be a delay from a shipping carrier. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay.
• With the current global shipping situation & local strike action, we are experiencing delays from international and domestic shipping carriers.

Please note that customs charges are the responsibility of the end customer. Where we are aware of such charges we will notify you in advance.

Processing time is usually 2-5 business days on standard items and items from overseas generally arrive in 7-25 business days. Items despatched from the UK to UK Mainland generally arrive in 5-7 business days.

For custom or large items this may vary so please refer to the product page of the item you have purchased for exact shipping times. 

In rare cases, or where specifically outlined for larger items, it can take up to 45 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 35 days and your parcel has not arrived, please send us an email at customerhelp@glamoroushangups.com and we will assist with finding out the status of your parcel.
